  Don't rent unless you enjoy bed bugs. If you show them a bedbug they tell you it's not it's just a beetle. They are so stupid that they don't even know bed bugs have antennas. The office is run by racist Mexican women who are rude. The new office people are rude refuse to fix anything or get rid of big roaches that fly at you during summer that live in the wooden ties they use for decoration outside. They are renovating old apartments but not fixing anything important. Just small renovations like cabinets to raise rent. My door was never secure s9did not fit in the frame. Excuse for maintenance man told me it was an optical illusion and says only putting weather stripping don't complain it's more secure than his apartment door
  Well he's a man not a single widow. Turned in key early didn't ask for new address so guessing they plan to keep my dog and security deposit. What a shock. If you don't mind the constant smell of sewage coming up pipes not having repairs done insecure doors big roaches bedbugs and rats just outside but cheap rent then go ahead and rent here.
