    I am redoing the review and rating of United RV. After a nightmare with the Service Dept, I guess manager Jim Vititow, Phil Bertram stepped in and took over. They are going to repair the damage that was on the camper, which is all that we wanted done. Our Salesman, Justin was amazing from the purchase process to helping get the right person to get the problem resolved. The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 is because of the Service Manager and the way he was so disrespectful to us. But he is only one person.
