    Unfriendly. Especially Ralph. He is the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and pompous employee. And he doesn't seem to understand "customer service" at all. There are 3 or 4 people (Joyce, Beth, and Dana) that seem to give genuinely good customer service (mornings -Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Still...
    Other locations are worth the drive!
    Also, I have a picture of what Ralph made and served as a Beefy 5 layer burrito with no sour cream. It was almost like sour cream was all he put on it. It happens every time we go and Ralph is there cooking. This store lost our (what was daily) business solely due to Ralph.
