  This company is the absolute worst. I scheduled a window order with them, and they said they would get a person out to measure the windows, have the estimate to me in the next week and the order completed in two weeks. I called one week later to follow up and was told they don't do windows. They absolutely refused to stand by what they said and hung up on me. I had explained to them in my initial phone call I needed this work done in order to comply with a buyer's request for the sale of a home I was working on. Sarah assured me it would be done in time for the closing. Today Sarah said she didn't know the company didn't do windows any more. Funny, the new receptionist knew about it, and was very apologetic. Thank you Brittany for your professionalism. Regarding Sarah, whom I was told is the office manager (which she denied) refused to stand by what she told me and hung up on me.
